GENERAL CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS

Provided below is a set of General Rules & Regulations governing contests run by Southland Mall. Any changes to the rules and regulations listed below will be listed on the ballots for that particular contest.

Rules & Regulations

1. Ballots must be fully completed and are limited to one per person and must be deposited in the ballot drum in Southland Mall. Ballots must be completed in full and the entrant must comply with these contest rules to be an eligible entry.

2. Any person 19 years of age or over is eligible to win, except the employees and immediate families of RioCan Property Services, RioCan REIT, Southland Mall tenants and office tower tenants, employees, advertising agency and consultants, and other sponsors. This contest is open to residents of Canada excluding residents of the Province of Quebec.

3. The contest closes as per the date advertised. A random draw will take place on the date following the close of the contest from all eligible entries received. The chances of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Selected entrants will be contacted by mail or telephone and must successfully answer a mathematical skill testing question without assistance and sign and return the contest release form in order to be an official winner (All contests must have some element of skill). Winner must authorize the release of their name & photograph for advertising & publicity purposes relating to the contest without compensation. All documentation must be returned within 30 days of the date on which the documentation is mailed to the selected entrant or else the selected entrant will be disqualified.

4. If a selected entrant does not comply with these contest rules or cannot be contacted, another selected entrant shall be chosen by way of random draw.

5. No purchase is necessary.

6. First place consists of a prize as per advertised. Suggested retail value - as per advertised

7. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and has no cash value and must be accepted as awarded.

8. All entries become the property of Southland Mall.

9. By entering the contest, entrants agree to abide by the contest rules and decisions of the contest sponsor that are final. The contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws.
